This policy describes how Masareefi (“the app”, “we”) handles personal data. It is written to match what the product actually does. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

Masareefi is a product of Axapta Information Technology W.L.L., 53 Office, Al Hassan Building, Diplomatic Area, Bahrain. Contact: info@axaptait.com.

What we collect

  • Account and identity — information you provide to sign up and sign in (including national ID / Iqama where your country flow requires it).
  • Wallets and transactions — expenses, income, categories, payment methods, budgets, gift cards, and related notes you enter.
  • Receipts and documents — photos and files you attach (camera or file picker).
  • Optional location — if you allow it, a place can be saved on a transaction.
  • Device and push — an installation identifier and an FCM push token so we can send you alerts on that device.
  • Optional notification access — if you turn this on in Settings and grant Android Notification Access, we may send the title and text of notifications from selected bank and wallet apps to Masareefi. We store them as a suggestion. A real expense is created only after you approve. Masareefi does not read SMS (OTP uses Android SMS User Consent only, when you choose to autofill a code).

How we use data

To run your account, show wallets and budgets, send budget and payment-suggestion alerts, process gift cards in the same country, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use notification text for advertising.

Where data is processed

Data is processed on Axapta IT servers for the country you registered (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, or Egypt) and related infrastructure needed to operate the service. Data is sent encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers that host the app, and when the law requires it. Gift cards are sent only to another Masareefi user you choose, in the same country. Merchant gift cards may be issued through connected merchant systems.

Your choices

You can decline camera, location, notifications, and Notification Access. The app still works for manual expense entry. You can dismiss a payment suggestion without creating a transaction.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and wallet data while your account is active. Contact us to request correction or deletion. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

Children

Masareefi is intended for adults managing personal finances, not for children.

ما نجمعه

  • الحساب والهوية — ما تقدمه للتسجيل وتسجيل الدخول (بما في ذلك الهوية / الإقامة عندما يتطلب مسار بلدك ذلك).
  • المحافظ والعمليات — المصروفات والدخل والفئات وطرق الدفع والميزانيات وبطاقات الهدية والملاحظات.

  • الوصول إلى الإشعارات اختياري — إذا فعّلته في الإعدادات ومنحت إذن Notification Access، قد نرسل عنوان ونص إشعارات تطبيقات بنوك ومحافظ محددة إلى مصاريفي كاقتراح. لا تُنشأ عملية إلا بعد موافقتك. مصاريفي لا يقرأ الرسائل النصية SMS (يُستخدم إذن موافقة المستخدم لرمز التحقق فقط إذا اخترت التعبئة التلقائية).

كيف نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل حسابك، وعرض المحافظ والميزانيات، وإرسال تنبيهات الميزانية واقتراحات الدفع، ومعالجة بطاقات الهدية داخل البلد نفسه، وتحسين الاعتمادية، والرد على الدعم. لا نبيع بياناتك. ولا نستخدم نص الإشعارات للإعلانات.

أين تُعالَج البيانات

على خوادم Axapta IT لبلد تسجيلك (السعودية أو البحرين أو مصر) والبنية اللازمة للخدمة. النقل مشفّر عبر HTTPS.

المشاركة

مع مزودي الاستضافة عند الحاجة، وعند إلزام القانون. بطاقات الهدية تُرسل فقط لمستخدم مصاريفي تختاره في البلد نفسه. وقد يصدر التجار بطاقات عبر الأنظمة المرتبطة.

خياراتك

يمكنك رفض الكاميرا والموقع والإشعارات وNotification Access. يبقى الإدخال اليدوي متاحاً. ويمكن رفض اقتراح دفع دون إنشاء عملية.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والمحفظة طوال نشاط الحساب. راسلنا لطلب التصحيح أو الحذف. قد تُحفظ بعض السجلات إذا ألزم القانون.

الأطفال

مصاريفي مخصص للبالغين لإدارة مصروفاتهم، وليس للأطفال.
